From the rolling hills of Abruzzo, our vineyards thrive in harmony with the environment, kissed by mountain breezes and nourished by the Mediterranean sun.

Our Rieccolo Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC embodies strength and elegance, Rieccolo Pecorino IGT reveals freshness and finesse, and Rieccolo Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC enchants with its delicate vibrancy. Family Heritage

1900

Ermenegildo was born in Arizona, United States, from Italian emigrant parents. He managed for his whole life an importexport company to link Italy to the USA. He spent his life living in Amantea.

Vincenzo & Giuseppina

1907

Born in 1907, Vincenzo followed his father’s dedication to sell the products of their land. His wife Giuseppina has
always been by his side supporting him in the management of their land.

1914

Dario was born in 1914, former military official, he was the manager of a hotel in centre Italy and founder a restaurant still active in Sardinia, where his wife Rosina has been the chef and beating heart.

Guerino D’Andrea & Alessandra Scardovi

1946

Born in 1946 and after 15 of traveling around the world moved back to Civitella Casanova in order to continue the food traditions of his family.

Alessandra Scardovi, born in 1955, lived the first years of her life on the Sardinian shores, where she supported her family in the management of their hotel in Porto Cervo. After getting married, she moved to Abruzzo with her husband.

1978

Born in 1978 and 1986. In the year of 2020, they decided to continue the family tradition of wine production and this is how “Rieccolo” wine was born.
